Network Building Supplies is a large building supply company which relocated to a new purpose-built facility for the ease of their customers. The site contains offices and warehousing facilities, spread over several acres.
Crown was engaged to supply cleaning solutions to these new premises. The lease on their previous premises was approaching finalisation and our client asked if Crown could complete an exit clean prior to the agent’s inspection. This encompassed not only the interior but also the exterior of the building which had been neglected for a number of years. These tasks were completed to the total satisfaction of our client and the managing agent.
